Questions

When is the BIR inventory list due?

Within 30 days after the close of the taxable year: 30 January 2027 for calendar-year 2026. Check your RDO for any advisory.

What format does BIR require?

The format in the annexes of RMC 57-2015 for your industry (Annex A for merchandising and manufacturing; separate formats for real estate and construction), with a notarized certification. Submissions in a different format may be treated as not received.
