Travel budget template — what the trip costs, how much to save each month, and the leave letter

Short answer. Pick the place, the nights and the date: the calculator splits the trip into items and tells you what to put aside each month. Service incentive leave: 5 days with pay a year after one year of service, for sick, vacation and other purposes (Labor Code, Art. 95; DOLE Handbook on Workers’ Statutory Monetary Benefits (2023)).

Prices in the fields are examples, not averages — put in your own quotes. Questions

How much should I budget for a trip abroad?

It depends on the place, the season and how you travel. Put in your own quotes for the flight and the room; the calculator adds food, tours, insurance and fees and shows the total by item.

How many days of leave can I take?

By law, at least 5 days of service incentive leave a year after one year of service, unless your company already gives 5 or more days of paid vacation leave. Many companies give more — check your policy.

Is there a Tagalog vacation leave letter?
