Want a reminder each month, on saving day, until the wedding?
The calendar file works without an account. The reminder needs a free account so we know where to send it.- Book the church or the civil wedding date and the venue first — popular months fill up early.
- Apply for the marriage license at the civil registrar where one of you lives: the notice is posted for 10 days, and the license is valid for 120 days.
- Pay suppliers with an official receipt or a GCash/bank reference and keep them in the Excel file.
All amounts are yours: the fields show examples, not market prices. Monthly payments run from today to the month before the wedding; the last one adjusts. Not financial advice.

Questions
How much is a wedding in the Philippines?
It depends on the guests and the choices: the examples here go from a civil wedding for 50 guests to a church wedding for 150. Put in your own quotations — the total and the monthly saving follow.
What are the requirements for a marriage license?
PSA birth certificates, CENOMAR, valid IDs and a sworn application filed by each of you at the civil registrar where one of you lives (Family Code, arts. 9 and 11). Between 18 and 25 you also need parental consent or advice (arts. 14–15).
How long is the marriage license valid?
120 days from issue, anywhere in the Philippines (Family Code, art. 20). Apply about one to three months before the wedding.
Is a civil wedding cheaper?
Usually, because the ceremony fee is small and the reception can be smaller. Use the calculator twice — civil and church — and compare.
When should we start saving?
As soon as you set the date: the calculator divides what is left into equal monthly amounts until the month before the wedding.
Is it free? Do I need to sign up?
It is free and you do not need to sign up: fill in, see the result and download the Excel and Word files. With a free account you can save a copy to your Layers.
