National ID (PhilSys) — registering, a lost card, wrong details

Under RA 11055 the first PhilID and its renewal are free for citizens. A standard fee applies to resident aliens and to a replacement card, though the PSA may waive it in some cases. The PhilSys website was under maintenance on 2 November 2026, so confirm your steps at hotline 1388.
