Your gameya
Your gameya — every payout date and who collects
The instalment, the number of members and how often you pay. You get the dated rotation, the pot and a chart; send the same terms to your group with one tap.
Invite members
Your group gets this page with the same terms and the same rotation. Each member opens the agreement and writes their name next to their turn; the organiser keeps the signed copies.
- Send the link to your group chat — everyone sees the same terms and the same rotation.
- Agree the order of turns in front of everyone, write it in the agreement and let every member sign next to their turn.
- On every payout day collect the instalments, hand over the pot and tick it in the payment log.
Arithmetic only: pot = instalment × members; rounds = members; every member pays in exactly the pot and collects it once — no interest, no fee, no deduction. A gameya that promises profit or sells turns is something else: check before you join.

Questions
How does a gameya work?
Each member pays the same instalment every round and one member collects the whole pot. Example: EGP 2,000 × 10 members = EGP 20,000 each turn, monthly from November 2026 to August 2027.
Is there a blank gameya table to print?
Yes: a blank Excel file with turns, dates and a payment log, and a Word agreement with spaces for names and signatures.
Who collects first?
Whatever the members agree or a draw in front of everyone, written in the agreement; the table works with any order.
Is there interest or a fee?
No: in an ordinary gameya each member pays in exactly the pot and collects it once. Someone offering profit or selling turns is running something else.
Is it free? Do I need to sign up?
It is free and there is no sign-up: fill in the fields and download. With a free account you can save a copy to your Layers and come back to it.
