Your house in pesos — construction, labor, permits and a buffer
Put in the floor area, the cost per square meter from your contractor, the labor share, plans and permits, a contingency and the months to build. You see the total, the materials and labor, the cost per square meter with everything, and what to spend each month. No sign-up.
- Get two or three written quotations with the same plans, and put each contractor's cost per sq m here.
- Pay by stage, not in advance: the Excel file splits the total into stages you can match with the contractor's progress billing.
- Get the building permit before you build — the Word file lists what the Building Official asks for.
Arithmetic only: your floor area × your cost per sq m, with the shares you choose. The cost per sq m is an example, not a market price: it depends on the design, finishes, location and contractor. The lot, furniture and appliances are not included. Not engineering advice.

Questions
How much does it cost to build a house in the Philippines?

How do I estimate a 2-bedroom house?
Put in its floor area (for example 60 sq m) and the quoted cost per sq m. The calculator adds plans and permits and a contingency and shows the spending per month.
What is the labor cost?
The calculator splits construction into labor and materials with a share you choose (35% in the example). Ask your contractor for their own breakdown.
Do I need a building permit for a house?

Can I compare hardware prices?
Yes: the Excel «Materials canvass» sheet compares two stores item by item and totals the lower prices.
