Philippine passport — what to bring to DFA
Book only at passport.gov.ph: booking is free. A new adult brings a PSA birth certificate and one valid ID, each with a copy. Renewing an ePassport takes the passport and a copy of its data page. The fee is ₱950 regular or ₱1,200 expedited, the same for new and renewal.

Be careful with these.
- “Pay us for a DFA slot”: Only passport.gov.ph appointments are legitimate, and booking is free.
