Questions
What does a wedding for 150 guests cost in Serbia?
Mostly the menu price per person and the music: enter your quotes. In the example (fictitious amounts) RSD 1,827,500, or RSD 129,773 a month from October 2026 to August 2027 after RSD 400,000 already saved.
How do I work out the cost per guest?
Divide the total by the number of guests; the calculator also separates per-guest costs (menu, cake) from fixed ones.
Can foreigners marry in Serbia?
Yes, but documents depend on your nationality: ask the registry office (matična služba) where you will marry. The budget has a line for the ceremony.
What is in the Excel file?
The budget with formulas, monthly deposits, a 12-month timeline and a guest list checked against the budget.
Is it free? Do I need to sign up?
