Skincare routine chart

Your morning and night routine — a chart to tick, day by day

Pick your steps and your start day. You get a printable chart with a tick for each morning and night, and an Excel tracker that counts your days in a row.

  1. Print the chart and keep it by the mirror — tick morning and night.
  2. Sunscreen in the morning is the step to keep: the dermatologists’ academy (AAD) says to use it every day on skin not covered by clothing if you will be outside.
  3. Ready for more? The 30-day glow up adds sleep, activity and water to the same chart.

Routine order is the order of this chart. Sources: American Academy of Dermatology — «Face washing 101» (wash twice a day and after sweating, gentle cleanser, lukewarm water) and «Sunscreen FAQs» (sunscreen every day on skin not covered by clothing if you will be outside); FDA — broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher, reapply at least every two hours. This chart does not replace a dermatologist.
