Does MLA need a title page?
No. MLA 9 puts a heading block on the first page instead, unless your instructor asks for a title page.
How do I write the date in MLA?
Day, month, year with no commas: 24 October 2026.
How do I cite a website with no page numbers?
Use the author’s name alone, or a short title in quotation marks if there is no author.
What are the MLA core elements?
Author. Title of source. Title of container, Other contributors, Version, Number, Publisher, Publication date, Location. Skip the ones your source does not have.
Are the Works Cited entries real?
No — they are patterns. Replace each with your own source.
