What is inside

Your MAPEH reviewer, part by part

How to make it

Five steps before the exam

  1. 1

    Ask what is covered

Some term exams test all four components, some only part — check with your teacher.

  2. 2

    Music and Arts

Learn each term with one example: a song, a sign, an artwork, an artist.

  3. 3

    PE

Write the steps of each skill and its safety rules.

  4. 4

    Health

For each concept, write what you would actually do in a real situation.

  5. 5

    Test yourself

Practice questions from all four parts; check the key and review the mistakes after 1, 3 and 7 days.

Questions

How do I make a MAPEH reviewer?

Ask what is covered → Music and Arts → PE → Health → Test yourself. The template has a section for each step — type into it right on this page and print it.

Is there a MAPEH reviewer with answer key?

Yes — the template has practice questions and the answer key (susi sa pagwawasto) on its own page, so you can test yourself without peeking.

Do I have to sign up?

No. Look at the page right here and open it in Layers without an account. Sign in free only to save your own copy and keep editing.

Can I use it in Word or Google Docs?

Yes. The same reviewer opens as a Layers page or as a Word file (.docx), which also opens in Google Docs. Letter size (short bond), ready to print.

Where do I get the topics?

From your teacher: the lessons or modules, the MELC or MATATAG competency codes and the table of specifications for the term exam. The template has a coverage table for them — copy them first, then make the reviewer.

Is MAPEH one exam or four?

It depends on your school: often one exam with parts for Music, Arts, PE and Health. The template has one section per component either way.

Which grade is it for?

Any grade with MAPEH — the topics come from your grade’s coverage for the term.
