Questions

How much end of service do I get if I resign?

Per HRSD: nothing under 2 years, one third from 2 to 5 years, two thirds over 5 and under 10, and the full award at 10 years or more.

How is end of service calculated after 10 years?

Half a month per year for the first five years, then a full month per year. With a SAR 10,000 wage and 10 years: 25,000 + 50,000 = SAR 75,000, in full even on resignation.

Do allowances count in the wage?

HRSD defines the wage as the basic wage plus due increases; commissions and variable percentages can be excluded by agreement. Use the wage your contract calculates on.

Do months and days count?

Yes, parts of a year are paid pro rata. The calculator divides months by 12 and days by 365.

Is this the same as the Qiwa calculator?

No. It is a clear calculation with a file you keep and sign; Qiwa and the labour office are the official reference.

Is it free? Do I need to sign up?

It is free and there is no sign-up: fill in the fields and download. With a free account you can save a copy to your Layers and come back to it.
